Productivity at the national level is typically defined and measured in terms of Gross Domestic Product (GDP) per capita, per employed person or per hour worked. It is viewed by many as a key indicator of the economic health of the country. Actions that improve productivity typically enable wage gains to occur without producing inflation. Productivity so defined is essential to an economy’s ability to create real wealth. The Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management hosted a Free webinar with discussants from the Ministry of Labour and Social Security Hon.
